Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India and do not accept international orders at this time.

Orders generally require 4 to 8 business days for processing and dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery may take an additional 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and courier availability. All orders are shipped directly to your doorstep through our trusted delivery partners.

Tracking details will be shared via your registered email address or Instagram handle once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and all shipping details provided at the time of placing the order are accurate. TheHibiscusKeeps will not be responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to respond to courier calls, a reshipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable before the order can be sent again.

Please note that we do not operate on Sundays or public festivals. Delivery timelines may also be affected by weather conditions, natural calamities, courier disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Such delays will not be considered the responsibility of TheHibiscusKeeps.

Returns and exchanges

As all our products are carefully curated and many are personalized or customized, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, concerns regarding damaged products, manufacturing defects, or missing items will be reviewed. To raise such a concern, customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. The video must be clear, unedited, and submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video or after the specified time period may not be eligible for review. After verification, an appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.
