As all our products are carefully curated and many are personalized or customized, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, concerns regarding damaged products, manufacturing defects, or missing items will be reviewed. To raise such a concern, customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. The video must be clear, unedited, and submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video or after the specified time period may not be eligible for review. After verification, an appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy

All products at TheHibiscusKeeps are made, curated, or personalized specifically for each customer. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully verify all order details before completing their purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
